As your birth doula, I offer compassionate, continuous support throughout your pregnancy, labor, and early postpartum period. My approach is rooted in honoring your intuition, your preferences, and the unique rhythm of your experience. Together, we create a calm, grounded space where you can feel safe, supported, and confident in your choices.
Whether you are preparing to welcome your first baby or growing your family, I am here to walk beside you—offering guidance, education, and hands-on support, while holding space for your mind, body, and spirit throughout this journey.
Foundational Birth Support $1700
- One prenatal visit in your home or a location where you feel most comfortable
- Birth plan discussion and/or creation tailored to your preferences
- On-call support beginning at 37 weeks through 2 weeks postpartum
- Continuous, in-person labor support throughout all stages of labor
- One postpartum follow-up visit to support your recovery and transition
Enhanced Birth Support $2000
- Two prenatal visits in your home or a location of your choice
- Birth plan discussion and/or creation
- Education on comfort measures and partner support techniques for pregnancy, labor, and delivery
- Availability for support via text, phone, and email (7 AM – 9 PM, pre-labor)
- On-call support beginning at 37 weeks through 2 weeks postpartum
- Continuous, in-person support throughout active labor
- Two postpartum follow-up visits in your home or preferred space
- Gentle assessment of your postpartum environment with personalized suggestions for comfort and recovery
Each journey is unique—additional services may be added to any package to create a more personalized and supportive experience for you and your family.
