Blessingway Doula, L3C is a heart-centered birth and postpartum support practice founded by Lara Kling, serving Ascension Parish, Baton Rouge, and surrounding communities. Rooted in the belief that birth is a powerful life transition, Blessingway Doula offers grounded, evidence-based guidance paired with deep respect for each family’s values, choices, and intuition.
Services include comprehensive birth doula support, postpartum guidance, and perinatal education, with a strong emphasis on presence, education-based advocacy, and continuity of care. Blessingway Doula also offers the 4th Trimester Fitness® Method (4TFM)—a specialized approach to prenatal preparation and postpartum recovery that supports strength, mobility, and maternal well-being through pregnancy and beyond.
Expanding beyond traditional doula services, Blessingway Doula is also the home of Cradle & Compass: Babymoon by Blessingway—a curated babymoon planning experience designed to help expectant parents rest, reconnect, and prepare emotionally for birth. Each babymoon is thoughtfully planned through a doula-informed lens, honoring the importance of intentional pause before welcoming new life.
