Hi, I’m Sheree, owner of One Spirit Healing. My work is rooted in presence, compassion, and evidence-based care, blending grounded medical understanding and intuitive,energetic support for both humans and animals.
I was first introduced to Reiki during a loved one’s journey in palliative care, where I witnessed it’s ability to bring comfort, calm, and peace. That experience sparked a quiet calling into healing work-a calling that later expanded when I supported my sister through labor and opened my heart to birth work, leading me to become a Certified Birth Doula.
As a Certified Reiki Master, I offer gentle,heart centered Reiki support to individuals and animals alike. I also hold a deep belief in the importance of postpartum nourishment and am honored to support mothers and individuals through Placenta Encapsulation as part of their healing and recovery.
Alongside my holistic work, I bring over 12 years of experience in medical laboratory settings, allowing me to bridge evidence based knowledge with intuitive, compassionate care. My approach is calm,respectful, and deeply supportive, meeting each client exactly where they are.
